1. Provide both a theoretical and practical training for Christian education.
2. Work towards the improvement in the quality of education.
3. Train quality personnel who have high standards of righteousness and integrity (PS.15) for the Church, the State and the private sector.
4. Encourage the creation of Christian Schools as a strategy to accomplish the Great Commission (Matt. 28:19).
5. Develop a support network for already functioning Christian schools

• Christian teachers and parents.
• Those involved on every/any level of Christian schools.
• Christian students of Teacher Training Schools.
• Sunday School teachers.
• All persons interested in working with children.

Our challenges:

• Greater prayer support. (Our mission field spreads across all of West Africa and the communication challenges are numerous)
  
• Regular financial support to facilitate our training seminars. (The course fees of our students do not cover all the operating costs)
  
• Longer term, the establishment of a Christian Training Institute is planned with all that this implies: buying land, construction, furniture, teaching materials
