In YWAM 32 years - currently based in Pretoria, South Africa.

Role within YWAM in Africa: Personal Assistant to Kobus, but also serving in other boards; to be spokes person for the plight of women in Africa as well in YWAM; running the Africa office which includes finances for the Field, contact person for issues that require communication and pastoral/member care.

Role within ALT: Interim administrator for the Field Office, contact person between ALT and the communications team within the Field Service Team, communicating crises situations to the Executive Committee, and spokes person for the plight of women in Africa as well as in YWAM.

Vision for YWAM Africa: To see YWAM in Africa releasing more leadership, resources and hope from within. To inform the world about Africa, celebrate the work and the workers and challenge key people to address poverty, HIV/Aids and Community Development within Africa. To see and share vision to impact communities, and to see the poor and oppressed and especially women set free and more substantial projects come into existence.

Spare time activities: Watching good movie, gardening, being in the bush (game reserves especially) but in some luxury.
